Autotrader EA for MA Cross Over

I want a EA to place a trade on moving average cross overs. 

1. Need the option to change the MA to SMA/EMA/Smoothed/Linear weighted in the input.

2. there should be two fields to enter the required SMA or EMA period.

3. when a EMA/SMA crosses from top to bottom, the EA should place a sell and a buy for vice-versa cross over.

5. there should be a option to enter the risk % and lot size and the same should be taken into consideration by the EA when the order is placed.

6. options to enter the value of take profit should be available.

7. Break even setting should have the option to enter the value for Initial StopLoss, breakevenpips, BreakEvenTrigger, Trailing step. The stop loss should be changed according to the break even setting, when the trade moves to profit.

8. the Stop loss of the trade should be either the value or the MA crosses the opposite way (which ever is earlier)

9. option to control the number of maximum orders to be opened.

10. option to send email when the order is opened and when the order is closed.

11. Email notification should contain the order placed time, pair, lot, entry price, sl set, tp set.

12. Should work on all time frames and all pairs. 

13. Option to stop the EA, when the consecutive loss trades (# of trades), consecutive loss ( in money) is hit. these fields should be edited.

14. Time setting, when the EA should be activated.
