Creating a function in EA

I need to create a function for closing of positions in EA. This function should to close all opened positions on basis time of openning of first position. It means if a set time of trading on 10:00h - 11:00h and 5 min. Timeframe a first position was opened in 10:02 (hh:mm) a next was opened more of positions in a set time of trading 10:00h - 11:00h. So positions should be closed, for example, at 01:25 (hh:mm) according of first opened position. It means if first position was opened in 10:02 (hh:mm), so this position will be closed in 11:27 (hh:mm) a other opened positions should be closed in same time as first position. It means if other positions was opened in a same time of trading, but later than a first position, so other positions will have shorter time of closing, than is a set time of closing on 01:25 (hh:mm).

For example:

When is in EA a set time of closing of position on 01:25 (hh:mm), so all other positions will be closed according of a first position, which should be closed at 01:25 (hh:mm).
