I need an Semi-Auto Expert Advisor for my Trade Orders

Basically I need the EA to manage my Trade Orders.

Things that I need to input to the system:

- Whether it's a BUY / SELL order.

- Entry price with a upper or lower bound limit to protect from volatility. (e.g. Market Buy Order with Entry price at $100. Market Buy Order is limited to upper bound of $100.50) (e.g. Market Sell Order with Entry price at $90. Market Sell Order is limited to lower bound of $89.50)

- Cut Loss Price.

- Profit Target Price to activate the Trailing Stop. (e.g. Bought at $100. When price reach $110, the EA activate the Trailing Stop of $1.) (e.g. Short at $90. When price reach $80, the EA activate the Trailing Stop of $1.)

- Trailing Stop (pips).

- Cut Off Time for EA to stop taking new trade.

Things that the EA needs to auto trade:

- Activate Market Order for BUY / SELL at Entry Price but limit to bound price. (e.g. Market Buy Order with Entry price at $100. Market Buy Order is limited to upper bound of $100.50) (e.g. Market Sell Order with Entry price at $90. Market Sell Order is limited to lower bound of $89.50)

- Once the Trade entered, activate Market Order to close position at Cut Loss Price. Or cancel order when Profit Target is hit.

- When Profit Target Price is hit, activate Trailing Stop. (e.g. Long at $100. When price reach $110, the EA activate the Trailing Stop of $1.) (e.g. Short at $90. When price reach $80, the EA activate the Trailing Stop of $1.)

- Stop opening new trade when the Cut Off Time is hit. But if there are existing positions, the Cut Loss / Profit Target activate Trailing Stop remains active.

(EA will only be active on a one-off basis. Meaning when I activate the EA, if it opens and eventually closes the position, EA will be inactive to take new trade until I activate it again.)

(EA to be able to customize for individual tickers. For example EURUSD, GBPUSD, EURAUD all have different customization with different inputs.)
