Техническое задание

I have a trading strategy that involves using currency strength to rank pairs to trade.  The strategy involves using cluster indicator called CCFp to get readings for each currency and put these values in an excel and using the excel arithmetic function to find which of the combination of currencies will produce the highest strength by ranking the currency pairs.  I want to automate this process and have the ranking of currencies  done on the chart in MT4.  I want to discard the excel.

This job is meant for top notch programmer

Any coder who has not handled multi currency programming before may not be able to handle this so please don't waste your time and mine.  I will eventually develop this into an EA so I am looking for a coder who will handle the first part now and when I see it functioning well, will move to the second part of the project which is the EA
