Техническое задание

I would like to know if it would be possible to develop a EA for hedging trading strategy relies on range.

Example: I Place order to Buy 1 lots at 1.9830 with 30pips limit and 60pips stoploss. After Buy order triggered,  automatically place a Sell Stop order for 3 lots at 1.9800 with 30 pips limit and 60 pips stoploss using the EA. 

But if the TP and SL are not reached again and the price goes up again, have to put a Buy
Stop order in place at 1.9830 in anticipation of a rise. At the time the Sell Stop was reached and became
an active order to Sell 3 lots, have to automatically place a Buy Stop order for 6 lots at 1.9830.

If the price goes down again without reaching any TP, then continue anticipating with a Sell Stop
order for 12 lots

The main purpose of this EA is to place orders automatically as soon as the trade is taken, The orders should also be cancelled automatically when the trade is out. 

The main challenges for this algorithm is to be able to place all orders when the trade is taken and remove them altogether when I am out of the trade.

I want simple and variable parameters to specify the limit, stoploss, hedging distance(range), lot size sequence(6 Lines which can configure)
