Техническое задание

I Want to check whether you can create breakout EA for me which create breakout box on 3-7 am London time and place buy stop order top of the box and set sell stop order Bottom of the Box.  as soon as one get filled other one get cancelled and order placed once a day only.  And also I want clearance parameters above and below before order is placed.  (few pips above and below box line).  I want it simple and with following input variables,  

Box Start time

Box Finish time

Buy clearance pips

sell clearance pips
