Buy and selling at specific prices with a custom indicator

Need a hand, first to create a custom indicator with 3 moving averages (SMA) set on 06 (blue), 12(red) and 24 (yellow), after that in a two minute setup with an Expert Advisor open buying (going long) and selling (going short) orders, set by me daily by price "channels" - may be changing the code on meta editor, just show me where do the change to put those price channels- and this custom indicator with 3 moving averages. When the indicator to purchase(long) turns the moving averages of 24 ( yellow) , 12 (red) and 06 (blue)  from top to bottom, with minimum difference value of 01 between them, and in short (selling)  the opposite 06. 12 and 24 from top to bottom but the price must be consistent with that I will directly set in range always between two values, but with another value in the middle: M, under which (I also must define on daily basis on the code) the orders would have to set inside those prices , and the purchase will buy (long) whenever the value of the purchase is below the value M and selling (short) above a value that I will call M, the minimum value of Range, but will not buy or sell when off the price channells. And that price it will be based, for purchase in the case of indication of going long : buy on the minimum price of channel, and short for maximum value, basing on the most profitable price on the candle.

Here is an example, every day I put those prices: An example of buying and selling channels (where have several on daily basis)

m: 10:55 - that works as minimum value required for entry, but as far the price goes in the channel the most profitable

When going off the operation, the system always sell or buy back, exaclety on the limit of the channels, if in a long position, will choose highest value of channel and in short, the shortest value to "re-buy".

When this indication in the means of purchase, the 2-minute candle could not exceed 10.60, but the minimum purchase amount must always be less than the M value and the sale, preferably on a( long position), on 10.50, would be automated to sell at 10.60 (end of the price channel), in the case of sale.

And I put several of these channels along with that custom indicator of moving averages.

At last, I would also set up with the same EA a stop, allways when the price goes by  loss of 0.6% of total amout of the account.
