MS Sql Server in MT4/MT5

I'm looking for a c++ dll that I can use in either MT4 or MT5 to connect to MS SqlServer in a script. After successful connection the script should keep a variable of the connection that will be used afterwards to either call a command to SqlServer or a stored procedure on SqlServer. The dll must do error checking and if not successful with any command report back to the mt script through return code. An additional function of the dll would be the functionality to validate the original connection made. 

So in essence:

1. Initialize connection to MS Sqlserver by supplying the server name, user on Sqlserver , password of user, database to use

2. Use connection obtained in 1. to execute a command on Sqlserver. The command will be supplied as a string

3. Use connection obtained in 1. to execute a stored procedure on Sqlserver. The procedure must be able to take 5 string parameters

4. Call to Sqlserver with connection from 1. to validate if connection is still valid.

5. Call to disconnect connection obtained from 1.
