Техническое задание

I need help to make a simple EA.

Below are the requirements:

1. auto stop/start 1 hour before and after red news (via forexfactory... i have an indi already for it which you can integrate, if that helps)

2. 14 period rsi indi, using close prices

3. auto start/stop based on input times (e.g daily start time = 0900, daily stop time = 2300)

4. open order when there is divergence on 14 period rsi (ie if close price is higher than previous close price, and 14 period rsi is lower than previous 14 period rsi for the same candle, then open sell... reverse for buy order)

5. trailing stop setting for TP

6. SL setting
