Add hedging option to my news EA and other features

Техническое задание

I'm just adding a hedging option to my news EA. So you select true or false to add hedging functionality or a drop down menu to select hedging or Straddle, the EA currently already Straddles the news. When You hedge the EA will open a buy and sell trade with a optional SL, TP, Trailing Stop and Break Even options. You will only be able to either Straddle or hedge the news you can't do both at the same time. I also want Max Spread option added. The hedging part of the EA will have the option to open the hedge x amount of seconds or mins before the news event .
