Develop MQL4 code for a strategy

Hi,

I want to get programming done for a strategy I have developed-

Entry:  

Use zigzag indicator settings :  Depth=3; Deviation=3; Backstep=2;  (configurable input settings for zizag)

Wait for confirmation of a candle reversal signal at zigzag hi/low points (Shooting star, doji, hanging man, engulfing). Mark this level as 0%

Optional Enable for candle confirmation/retest of same level (0%)

Use last 2 zigzag high low points for creating fibonacci retracement (4 hr; 1 hr and 15 min - all 3 should be visible on 15 min timeframe)

Exit 

Set take profit levels = fib ratios; 38%, 31&, 78.6%, 127%, 161%

Stop loss= xx pips lower/higher than the zigzag hi/low point; xx =configurable input

Once one of the ratios is hit; auto enable trailing stop; configurable trailing stop parameters;

Option to exit by predefined pip value 

Screen output= Candle reversal patterns; zigzag; fib retracement with price levels; Arrows indicating buy/sell; Risk reward ratio 

Could you please advise how long is it going to take and how much? Thanks.
