Техническое задание

The EA itself is quit simple IMO. There has to be 3 MA-s and i would like to be able to change the nature of those MA-s(close, low, high) and values of MA-s to.
Sell/buy is when candle high/low is lower/higher than MA.
And 1 small thing more, if last trade was a loss it will not open 2 trades in a row when it should. After 2 trade not opened it will start to trade again. Could this number(2) be made variable to?
Because of my bad English please ask questions if something not understood.

SL and TP have to be values i can change. If TP or SL has not been reached in X amount of candles, it will close the trade. X should be variable which i can choose manually.

Also there should be something that controls it wont do something stupid, because after demo tests i intend to use it on real money account.

I am not sure if i have offered enough for that kind of work, if i have not offered enough please say so.
