Time EA

Dear MQL4 programmer

kindly need your assist to writ Expert Advisor

 This EA Should work in back test and I need it within 48 H

EA  Features  

All Features  must be with  : true/false 

1.  start date and end date select  .  
2. Open buy  / sell position at market price at specific time in the same time as per server time .   ( ex: 01:43 every day ) or every 12 H
3. Trading Days select option ( starting for Sunday to Saturday)
4. EA work on the chart placed .
5. Option to select how many hour  the next position will  be open at given setting  
6. Lots according to the % of the balance 
7. TP, SL option  by Pips or %
8. Hedin TP/SL option . 
9. Option for how many open position the EA will open at the same time
10. Close all sell or buy position
11. Break even
12. Trailing stop

Note :

the EA before next Cycle will do the below :

1- if the Sell or Buy potation not closed By TP/ SL the EA will do Hedging  at the same lots amount for the open and remove the TB / SL and ignore this trade from the setting .  

2- EA will open the new position as of the setting  giving
