Roulette EA Job

The Roulette EA.

Hello , I have searched for an Ea for some time and I will ask here if someone has something similar or will program this EA

OK : The Idea 

Lets say the Ea places a trade BUY 0.01 SL 60 pips TP 60 pips

If TP is hit, so its a win, EA will place again a BUY trade SL 60 TP 60 

IF SL is hit, so trade is lost , EA will invert : Place SELL 0.02 SL 60 pips TP 60 pips . Progression is Martingale.

---if trade hits TP EA will place again SELL but progression will pe reset ... so EA will place SELL 0.01 SL 60 TP 60 once again.

IF SL hits again EA will invert once again : BUY 0.04 SL 60 pips TP 60 pips and sooo on...

Settings :

Start LOT : 0.01 ..5.00 etc

Progression type : D'alembert progression  , Martingale progression or Fibonacci progression

TP   :  in pips

SL   :  in pips

Max Progression number : how many fail and invert max -or- max lot to enter. Progression will be reset

Trading times Filter : Ex: trade only from 8:00 to 16:00 UTC or broker time

Spread Filter : Ex: Do not trade if Spread > 5pips ( Or any other idea to filter out high volatility times ) 

Max Equity loose : in number not % : Ex . Balance is 10'000 Setting is 9'000 , if Ea hits  9'000 it will shut down, no new trades will be placed.

Any other input is welcome 

EA can be written for MT4 or MT5
