Техническое задание

I Need a EA with MACD Divergence Indicator. Rule is simple, when down (Red) Arrow appear on indicator open sell on That candle close price. When UP(Green) arrow appear on indicator open buy on that candle close price. EA should also open pending order as i set in parameter. Like EA open buy and  if I set "pending order distance" 20 pips, So if price goes against me EA should open Buy in every 20 pips. Stop loss and Take profit Should be same for all Order.Here I attach EA parameter and after select coder I will give indicator( Actually its available on internet). Only experience coder apply please. May need online meeting.  EA Should Work on 4-5 digit broker and any prefix on Symbol like EURUSDEX, EURUSDSB etc. Top 10 Coder more preferable.
