Looking for developer to code an EA using 2 simple Moving averages (crossover buy/sell patern)

I am looking for an MT4 EA programmer to code for me an EA that will trigger buy/sell orders based on 2 Moving averages (EMA & SMA) over 30 minute chart of desired currency pair.

·         EA to be executed on 30 min chart

·         Indicators to be used: Moving Averages - 12 EMA (standard settings) & 36 SMA (Standard settings)

·         Trailing stop, stop loss, take profit: Not required

·         Ability to manually close a trade initiated by EA

·         Feature to decide lot size before starting EA

·         Feature to decide currency pair

Logic/rules

For buy orders (long orders):

Enter a trade: When 12 EMA intersects 36 SMA from below and heading upwards – take buy position at the start of next candle. Trade execution at market price.

Exiting a trade: When 12 EMA intersects 36 SMA from above and heading downwards – Close buy/long order at beginning of next candle. Trade execution at market price.

For sell orders (short orders):

Enter a trade: When 12 EMA intersects 36 SMA from above and heading downwards – take sell position at the start of next candle. Trade execution at market price.

Exiting a trade: When 12 EMA intersects 36 SMA from below and heading upwards – close sell/short order at beginning of next candle.  Trade execution at market price.

Note: at the close any order (buy or sell), EA will trigger the next order at the same time (beginning of candle).  

Query:

·         If I am already in a trade (Manually initiated – buy or sell), and I then start the EA – can it take control of the existing order and close it as per above rules, and then trigger the next order as required? I would like to have this feature.
