Need a simple alert function to buy/sell that will send the information to my mobile and email -price negotiable

i need the alert to trigger if all the conditions are met and not when the candle closes.

Firstly the candlestick i am using is similiar to heikin ashi.The indicator used in the file below is called the APB.Therefore my price alerts should be based on APB and not the actual price

(please read pg 10 of the guide on the different type of candlesticks)

The buy alert should trigger when:

1)The blue bar with blue wig(long APB) or blue bar with grey wig(consolidating APB) is above PAC high and Dynamic_mean price(golden dotted line)

2)The Long APB is in the range of the Dynamic_support(red line) and Dynamic_resistance price(green line)

3)The previous bar is either a red bar with grey wig(consolidating APB) or a red bar with red wig(short APB) 

4) Green TDI crosses the red TDI(crossed up)

The sell alert should trigger when:

1)The red bar with red wig(short APB) or red bar with grey wig(consolidating APB) is below PAC high and Dynamic_mean price(golden dotted line)

2)The short APB is in the range of the Dynamic_support(red line) and Dynamic_resistance price(green line)

3)The previous bar is either a blue bar with grey wig(consolidating APB) or a blue bar with blue wig(LONG APB) 

4) Green TDI crosses the red TDI(crosses down)

Price is definitely negotiable but it cannot be too expensive since its just an alert function that will send the information to my mobile and email.The difficult part is probably understanding my above  trading rules.

Also i hope the developer will give me at least 1 day to do testing before payment

I am currently on GMT+8 which is 12hrs ahead of NY time.I will usually sleep from till NY12pm till NY6pm and therefore will be uncontactable during this period.Otherwise i will be reachable via email most of the time.
