Creating one and the same automatic trading strategy for MT5 + Tradingview

Good day. I am looking for a developer who has experience with developing automated trading systems in the programming language here for MT5 and also for Tradingview. In Tradingview it works differently than in MT5, via aletry/webhooks and the like = this needs to be automated as seamlessly as possible to signals from the strategy. I have one of my own strategies that I want to use in both platforms and I honestly don't want to explain it twice, which can lead to a misunderstanding. You will understand it once and create it twice. General description of the strategy: forex trading + US indices, intraday on a time-frame of 1 to 5 minutes, ICM broker, main signal from the MA crossing (or prices with MA), several filters for MA + candle + distance/angles/... + ATR, additional filters for indicators such as RSI and the like, necessary visualization of signals and lines on the chart, notifications, dashboard/infopanel on the chart. at the end of the transfer of both files and further cooperation on changes. no rush = deadline maybe 14 days, what is important is your understanding of my strategy and the quality of your services and flawless EA performance (including connection to VPS in MT5). Offer the price for both projects together, first the project for MT5 will be done, then for TV.
