Hello,
I have a strategy for the forex markets. I also have an EA, but it is not a multi-currency EA.
However, I want to test the following:
My strategy allows for 3 forex pairs to be tradet at the same time. Each pair can have up to 4 positions. I am trading a 10k EUR account. I want to see if the margin is sufficient, if 3 pairs with up to 4 positions each are tradet simultanesouly. So I need to the the development of the margin in a chart and with numbers over time to make sure that a 1:30 Levearge is enough in a worst-case situation. My position size is calculated such that positions have the following risk:
Position 1 = 0.25% risk over 1 ADR
Position 2 = 0.35% risk over 1 ADR
Position 3 = 0.50% risk over 1 ADR
Position 4 = 0.50% risk over 1 ADR
So for EUR/USD with a current ADR of around 70 Pips, the position sizes would be:
Position 1 = 0.04 Lot
Position 2 = 0.05 Lot
Position 3 = 0.08 Lot
Position 4 = 0.08 Lot
Depending on the ADR of the respective currency pair, these sizes could vary.
These are the pairs I am trading. I need to know how the margin looks like if any of these 3 pairs are open with 4 positions echt at the same time on an account with 1:30 leverage:
EURUSD;GBPUSD;AUDUSD;NZDUSD;USDJPY;USDCHF;USDCAD;EURGBP;EURNZD;EURAUD;EURCAD;EURJPY;EURCHF;NZDJPY;NZDCHF;NZDCAD;GBPNZD;GBPJPY;GBPCHF;GBPCAD;GBPAUD;CHFJPY;CADJPY;CADCHF;AUDNZD;AUDJPY;AUDCHF;AUDCAD;
I need someone who deeply understands Margin-Requirements, Forex position sizes, risk backtesting and trading.
Perhaps this can be tested in Quant Analyzer or some other programm
If you know how to do this, write me with a detailed message. I need this done fast, so within 1 or 2 days MAX.
Thanks
Dave
