Need experienced coder in Latency Arbitrage EA ( Slave-Master)

Hi All

I have arb EA ( slave and Master650 or 770). It is working on old mt4. But since mt4 updated to newer version it could not run. I have tried updating the coder to programmer here. But only little modification , instead I was instructed to using MT4 portable mode. The EA was running well, but most of trade was lost and I suspect that an advance changes must be made in the code. I need help from programmer especially that has been working on similar EA. Not just giving advice using portable mode. Please let me know your offer.
