I am buying EA's that work BOTH on mt4 and mt5.

I will pay 500 to 5000 USD per strategy for both files (mq4 and mq5). Must be both file types for same strategy.

mq5 file must have the ability to run a multi-currency backtest.

EA/strategy must be, have or able to:

1.    Profitable and stable income for all major currencies

2.    Not more than 30:1 leveraged

3.    Maximal DD 5%

4.    Minimal monthly profit 5%

5.    Low frequency trading

6.    Lot-size derived from equity

7.    Proven by back-test for at least the last 6.5 years with 99%-100% modelling quality.  Minimum 200 trades per year for each major pair.

8.    Proven by Demo or Live account for the last 10 months

9.    Work with ECN broker and raw spreads

10.  Not opening trades between 23:50 to 01:01

11.  Recovery mechanism. Returns to the same trading activity phase after any interruption due to any kind of disconnection or malfunction

12.  Full log. Print all comments to log file in clear words, to be able to track every reason for account activity (for example but not only: reason for opening an order, reason for modifying it and reason for closing)

Each strategy/EA will be checked thoroughly before approval and purchase.

Confidentiality is required by both parties.
