TG to MT5

I would like telegram to MT5. The specific requirements are as follows. 

Please can you let me know if this is possible. 

Open orders TP1, TP2 & TP3. 

Option to use just TP1, or just TP2 or just TP3. Or even TP2 & TP3 but not TP1. 

Magic number option, so different set can be used if needed 

Fixed lot

Risk percentage 

On one signal service 

It is likely I will use the EA on 2 charts one for TP2 and the other for TP3. 

Other signal services 

It is likely I will use only 1 tp level

Option to use martingale 

Example if one order hits SL the lot size of the next order is increased, until TP is reached. 

Display on screen showing next lot size and how many orders in martingale sequence. Order 1, Order 2 etc until TP is reached and sequence and lot size is reset to default 

Option not to open any new orders after one or more TP is reached. 

Option to take SL and TP levels from signal service 

Option to override SL and TP. 

Filter which Symbol to except signals for 

Trading days

Trading times 

Able to filter / select which signal EA is to use
