Техническое задание

My Indicator is based on the main line and signal line with 2 levels (level 15 and level 85)...If the main line crosses the signal line going up all candlesticks must be green on the main chart. If the main line crosses the signal line going down all the candlesticks on the main chart must be red...(1)N.B if both lines are crossing above (level 85 ) all candlesticks must be green and if the crossing happens below (level 15) all candlesticks must be red
