Техническое задание

I am looking for an excellent coder who is able to code indicators respecting complex conditions for the generation of signals for binary option-trading. The coder must create an "Addon", an indicator which throws arrows when several conditions are fulfilled. I have all the other indicators which calculate the input values  handy.

This is not an easy task, so please only very experienced coders are wanted.

In the case of successful completion of the task, a long-term cooperation is possible.
