Implement MQL4 panel according to the design and flow

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an MQL4 developer who can implement the following panel design:

Essentially, there are 4 UI components:

1. Upper left side - an editable text box which can show multiple lines.
2. Upper right side - a submit button, clicking on it will submit the text from the upper text box to the lower text box
3. Lower left side - a readonly text box which can show multiple lines but allows to copy parts of it to the clipboard
4. Lower right side - a copy button which copies the whole text to the clipboard.
