I need a screener table for pinescipt that can create high/low stock symbols

A high-low intraday ticker that shows the last 40 stock symbol highs and lows.  A stock will fill in at the top as it reaches an intraday high low and so forth. The chart will monitor the highs and lows of the 40 stocks that were entered, regardless of which one is displayed. 40 stocks are manually modifiable. With the time (hour:minute:second), symbol, and most recent price displayed, a high will appear as green.  A low will be shown as red text containing the latest price, symbol, and time (hour, minute, and second). The time zone used will be the user's.  Column lengths can be 20, 15, 10, 5, or 10 in vertical orientation. The table will be placed in the user-defined default top right side of the chart.
