Техническое задание

Im looking for a skilled coder who can create a liquidty grab indicator for me. i have a custome mtf fractal indicator which needs slight modification to choose diffrent fractal settings instead of only the default. Once thats done the idea is the mtf fractal indicator draws horizontal lines, so when it intersects with my second custome indicator which draws vertical lines i want the indicator to draw a certain pattern on the chart which wont repaint plus an alert. and also want it to write a small text about the amount of fractal lines it intersected, and the timeframe of the fractal lines
