Need EA Coded for MT4 - fibonacci price action based based

These are some of the criteria i need. I intend to test on forex, commodities and stocks. 

Variables:

Lot Size - default 0.01 lot size each

Lookbar:default 115

Leverage: default 500:1

Entry Range - based on fib 
Trade 1

SL - default 5% of account balance inc leverage 500:1 default

TP - default 15%  of account balance

Trade 2 - include a button to also include or cancel trade 2.

SL - default 5% of account balance

TP - default 50% with trailing stop of 7.5% of account balance

Lot Size - default 0.01 lot size each

MA crossover time frame.

Step 1:

Calculate the trading range of last (default:115 variable) price bars (will probably use D1 and H4 - may use H1 - not sure if we need to include this in the variable above for chart timeframe) to determine/calculate fibonacci range and prices via the fib numbers- then do the below:

Step 2:

If price is (a) in a certain range [i want to show this in variable (the range, between x% and x% )] in the fibonacci + (b) all of the below are met:

(option to turn this on and off via tickbox or something like that for each timeframe below):

1 minute timeframe = last 30 bars are are in the trend direction (read last 30 bars in 1 min chart and if opening of the first is greater than close of 30th)

5 minute timeframe = last 10 bars  are are in the trend direction

15 mins timeframe = last 3 bars  are are in the trend direction

30 mins timeframe = last 2 bars  are are in the trend direction

+
short-term MA (based on M5 - can we make this a variable) crosses over the long-term MA  (based on M5) (position goes long) and vice versa (long-term MA crossover the short term MA = for a short position).

When i say " in the trend direction" this will depend on the trend direction of the underlying asset the EA is running on and the fibonacci is based on. 

Open 2 positions - short or long (depending on the above) with variables above.
