Convert Pinescript into MQL5 EA

We have one EA and set files of it but we are not able to understand the set files variable and Valaues to use for better Result , need someone who can make it work us

Please add a News Filter to my EA. The filter must be able to prevent the creation of orders +- X minutes before and after the news and close all open trades X minutes before the news. It must also be possible to select which currency and which folder color (red, orange, yellow) is used. E.g. when on on Dow Jones Chart (US30), I want to be able to select: USD, Red Folder. This would mean that Orange and Yellow Folder
