Looking to integrate MT5 with a 3rd party Broker - QUESTRADE

I am seeking a coder who has experience in converting an MT4 indicator & EA(.mq4 file, source code provided) to TradingView's Pine Script. The indicator should be identical to the original, with the same inputs and settings.
