Техническое задание

What I need is an MT5 robot that can read telegram channels and based on the content perform trades on MT5.

Among the actions it should be able to read 

-Symbol
-Action (buy/sell/ pending order   / close trade/ modify SL/TP)
-Lot Size/ TP /SL 

The MT5 robot should be able to run on an MQL5 VPS which means with no DLL and no extra software.

The  MT5 robot should be able to read Private channels created by someone else. 

Source Code to be provided after project completion.
