Candle color counter simple

i need a robot candle color counter.

basicly that, just apply if you will do the job, dont take my time by nothing.

first step: the robot need calcule the last x candles, and when have X difference in % of candle reds and greens, the order needs open.

example: 100 periods = 70 green bar and 30 red bars (doji cant be counted) selling order needs open. Just it. or 70 red bars and 30 green bars = buy order.

i just will need have 2 forms to take profit and stop loss.

1ª take profit is normal in pips

2ª take profit need be in candles color, example: the order will open with 70 green bars, when the market go back to 50/50 or 55/45, the orders needs close.

 the same to stop loss.
