Create an EA to Buy /sell positions based on EMA crosses and setting lot size, TP and SL

I am looking for an EA that opens buy and sell positions after 2 EMAs cross on the following new bar event.

A buy position is opened once the FAST EMA crosses over the SLOW EMA on the following new bar event.

A sell position is opened once the FAST EMA crosses below the SLOW EMA on the following new bar event.

The EA should work for any time frame (3", 5", 15", etc. and 1', 4', etc.) and only open 1 position at a time per pair. 

The EA should work for both demo and real trading accounts.

The EA should allow me to set the Start / End time for trading automatically.

The EA should allow me to set the desired EMAs to be used, example FAST EMA = 9 and SLOW EMA = 20

The EA should set the lot size automatically based on the ($/pip) or (% of account) selected input

The EA should set the TP and SL based on the selected input and have the ability to use a trailing SL based on the selected input.

The EA should send a notification once a position has been opened, text message preferred. Is this possible?
