Martingale EA

Hello, I need a Martingale EA with first and second position pip values. For ex. First position opens at 10 and second at 20 , if price reaches back at 10 another position opens back and forth. Also a Close all Positions feature build in. Close one position equals close all. Take profit amount build in, if I want a certain $ amount when all trades should close automatically. One Moving average (H+L)/2. Also, Martingale should be able to adjust position size. First position size will adjust rest of positions accordingly. For ex. If first position is 0.01 lot second will be 0.02 automatically. If first position is 0.10 lot second will be 0.20 automatically. If first position is 1.0 lot second will be 2.0 lot automatically.
