Expert Advisor system for copy trading (MT4 or MT5)

I am evaluating an option to create a copy trade signal send and receive system at Metatrader platform. I am sharing my thoughts here. If this type of system is doable then interested develpoers can express their interest till 22 March 2023. 

Here is the idea. 

I want to trade manually at a single trading account and I expect the trades may be copied to my multiple other trading accounts. 

Primarily this system consits two Expert Advisors. One EA as trade copy sender intalled at master account. Another EA as trade copy receiver installed at follower account. Trade copy sender EA is expected at one account and trade copy receiver EA is expected at multiple accounts copying the same trades from trade copy sender EA. 

If there are readymade developed solutions to sell or to create new one then I am open for any platform either MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. 

Some features are open to discuss if they are doable or not. 

(1) Trade copy sender will send only trades as buy or sell with live prices (or pending orders with set prices) and TP and SL if applied. Trading voulme should be adjustable at every trade copy receiver EA. So accounts with different fund sizes can be managed easily from a single account. 

(2) If possible then a dashboard is expected at trade copy sender EA to check how many trade copy receivers are receiving trades with their trading account numbers. 

(3) Different brokers use different asset names for same trading asset. (Example (1) GOLD and XAUUSD or XAUUSDa, XAUUSDb are used for a single asset (2) Oil, XTIUSD, USOIL, Crude are used for another single  asset) In such cases trade receiver EA should be adjustable. For example - if trade copy sender EA sends XTIUSD buy trade then trade copy receiver EA is adjustable to execute the same trade to OIL or USOIL which is available in list ot the receiver account. 

(4) Anyother idea which will pop up in the process to serve the purpose. 

It is possible to add more ideas to make this work more purposeful and worth. Also I may leave the project if there is no feasilbility or there is possibility of technical glitches. So this is an evaluation of possibility. 

If this is workable then I am open to receive all proposals till 22nd March 2023. Then I will finalise the developer. Primary budget is USD 50 and one week period to complete. I am open to increase the budget and time for worth reasons for qualified proposal. Only developers with patience and technical clarity are invited for their expression of inetrest in this project.
