Техническое задание

I need a EA, that works with two moving averages, one 50 other 20, and stochastic confirmation if above or below 50%.

Need to be able to edit stochastic levels ( I.E 5,3,3 or 21,7,7 ) 

When the lines are going up and they cross, a Stocastich is above 50 it opens a buy. The opposite for a sell.

Need to have Starting Time, Spread,Stop loss,take profit, trailing stop and all stochastic and ema should be editable. 

Source code should be provided at the end of the project
