Техническое задание

I am looking to develop an EA which will pull data from another source and use them as levels for support resistance.

This will be for trading futures. Levels will be available for am and pm session, so twice every 24 hrs. 

There will be 13 levels to import each time. They are posted on an HTML page

Once the levels are imported, will need settings to fire buy/sell alerts.  

Settings will include placing SL and TP for any of the levels.

Additional settings:

support breakout / retest

resistance breakout / retest

pullback

EXAMPLE:

When price hits within 1 pt. of support , alert will fire to sell with 4 pts TP and 2 pts SL

When price breaches support by 7 pts, alert will fire to buy with 10 pts TP and 5 pt SL.
