I need some changes to an existing EA I have

I need an EA modified, I would like to add a multiplier to the lot size and a max amount of lots opened at one time. 

The lot size amount it would restart every time the EA would start with a new signal from the indicator and then the multiplier would take effect once the trades start stacking.

I also need a max lots setting that would set the max amount of opened trades at one time, once the max lot sized is reached the EA would no longer enter into any new trades.
