Order Repeater EA

I am looking for an EA that will repeat a placed order every X amount of seconds, X amount of times. All orders however will close when first order is closed with X amount to seconds between them.  

For example:

Input:

Time Between Open Orders in Seconds = 1800 (or 30 minutes)

How many repeat orders = 7

Time Between Closed Orders in Seconds = 5 (5 seconds)

The EA must have 3 other important functions.

First, I should be able to close out of any of the repeated orders without the EA trying to match the amount of orders back. For example, if “How many repeat orders = 7” and I close out the 4^th order, the EA should “not” open another order to make total 7. There should then be only 6 orders open.

Second, If order flow has already started, and I change “How many repeat orders”, the EA should remember where it left off before being changed.  For example, if “How many repeat orders = 7” and I go into EA and change to “How many repeat orders = 5” and only 3 orders are open, the EA should know to open 2 more orders only.

Third, if I change “Time Between Open Orders in Seconds” or “Time Between Closed Orders in Seconds”, then EA should operate normal, but with new settings in place.

Basically, for Second and Third important functions, I am just asking that the EA remembers all current open orders if it has been edited. I don’t want to close out all orders for changed EA to work properly.
