Placing Multiple Pending orders simultaneously in MT4

I need to place 3 pending orders simultaneously in the same pair.

I want to take the actual Price of  a certain pair and the script must place 3 Pending orders (Buy Stop Order or Sell Stop Order) a number of PIPs (above or below according to type of order) the Price of market when I choose to do it.

The number of PIPs has been set previously, and it may be different for each one of the three orders.

The Take Profit (usually will work without Take Profit since the trade will be closed by the Trailing Stop Loss), Stop Loss, Trailing Stop Loss and Slippage filter were been set  previously.

The script settings for each of three orders can be changed and must be stored for future use in next orders.

It should be posible, run multiple copies of the script on different pairs or with different settings.  It  should work on 4 and 5 digit quotes.

The size of the position will be automatically calculated from a fixed percentage of the account (wich is variable) and the number of PIPs of the Stop Loss for the quote currency of the current pair.

It can be diferents scripts for Sell Stop Order and Buy Stop Order or the same one.

I need to have three different stored settings for use according to the market conditions (this may also be the same script with different settings stored).

Finally I want to modify the trailing Stop Loss automatically to half when break even is reached if that option is selected (it may be not selected in some trades).

Manual closing and expiry should be considered.

I dont know If I need a Script, an Expert Advisor or other kind of program.
