I need an EA that place pending trading orders (buy stop and sell stop) based on price (no indicators)

I need a EA that contains following things: EA should have option to add price where EA will start working ⚒

1.   EA should have option to add custom pending orders with lot sizes, tp and sl and pending order type. And should have option to add upto 15 pending orders when i open EA.

2.  let me give you an example for this point. Suppose the price reaches a certain level go up and some pending orders are executed. suppose price go up and execute 3 buy stop or 1 sell limit orders When the price reverses mean go down, and back to the level where previously the pending orders created now this time i only want to create those pending orders that are executed before. for this case its 3 buy stops orders and 1 sell limit order. and this process should continues until the price comes to a level where i want to stop this process and delete all the pending orders .let me explain this in the next point.

3. Should have a option to add a specific level or price where this EA stops their process and also delete the pending orders of any perticular currency pair or any instrument.

summary:  I mean that i want to reopen those pending orders again which was already executed before once the price is come at specified (x level from EA parameters). And after that same process should continue until the price comes to the ending level.
