Техническое задание

Looking for an EA to be build (for a VPS) in which a trades can be opened based on a certain set of rules. Rules akin to taking a high and low over a certain period, when a break is made and closed on a certain timeframe within a defined period, a trade entry at market is. Rules are straightforward and would like to be able to backtest that it works. I would like EA to work on currency pairs I select. Risk based on % of balance OR fixed lot size. Take Profit based on either pips or risk:reward. Stop Loss based on either fixed PIPs OR timeframe fractal low/high plus/minus spread and/or 1 pip stop loss.

I'll provide specific details at a later point.
