Техническое задание

I'm looking for a push notification service for an existing indicator. It uses standard deviation indicator and it must be able to work on all timeframes. I must have the liberty to change timeframes, broker, instrument and number of steps after which it should send me a notification. For instance, I want a notification when standard deviation value based on (close/open/low/median) has fallen for five consecutive time periods (say 15 min time frame)
