I need someone who can create a simple ea for me

When you are selected for the job, you will be provided with the full spec and the strategy.

The EA will have the following settings:

PARAMETERS NEEDED IN THE EA

1. Account number filter: 0 mean EA can work with all accounts

2. Date and time expiry security.

3. Lot size: Fixed lot

4. Take profit: It must be in point

5. Stop loss: It must be in point

6. Trailing stop: Must be in point

Trailing stop distance: Must also be in point.

7. Breakeven in point: The breakeven must be in point.

8. Trade comment: EA must comment on trades on trades it opens.

9. Overall tp in money--- Example, the overall tp will close all running trades on a pair. Lets assume I have trades on different pairs running, I set 50$ as the 

overall running tp, Lets assume I have eurusd sell running at -$12 and eurusd buy running at +$62 dollars, since I set overall tp at $50, ea will close the eurusd 

trades because overall tp for eurusd is met and will leave others trade running because they have not meet overall running trades target.

I must be able to set the overall tp to true or false.

This function will determine the spread option. If the pair spread exceed the one I set, EA will not open trade even though there is signal for trade. I want to be 

able to set the spread in points. I want the ea to show the spread of the pair on the chart when the ea is loaded on the chart.

I want to be able to set the slippage for order execution. Default should be set at 10 points.

15. Time filter:

Day and time to start trading, and to end trading.

16. Maximum of trades:

I want to be able to set the maximum number of trades allowed to be runing per each pairs on the account at the same time. If I set 4, it means maximum of 4 trades will be running on the account per pairs.

17. Currency pairs filter:

I want to be able to set currency pairs the ea will trade. The ones that is not set, the ea will not attach to the chart.
