Техническое задание

I have a signal provider that sends signals via email in the same format each time from the same email with the same subject line.  I am looking to accomplish the following with these signals and an EA.

I would like two entries to be places upon receiving a signal.  

1. Market entry at time of signal being received on the pair specified within the signal for a BUY or SELL.  

2. Limit entry at the 10 EMA of the time period specified on the signal.  

The TP and SL levels are outline on the signal in the email as well.  

I would like to be able to adjust the sizing based on a percentage of risk of my overall trading account.  

I have attached a picture of the format the signals are emailed in.  

I plan on having this run on a VPS so these signals can be executed 24 hours a day when signals are received.
