Expert Advisor based on Stochastic RSI (not stochastic only) and ATR, with variable position count

Order Conditions:

1. Target profit is 2x 14-period ATR, close

2. Stop loss is 2x 14-period ATR, close

3. Risk (order size based on stop loss) is equivalent to $'x'

4. Open 1 position at a time on last candle close or new candle open only

5. If last trade profit is <0, open 2 positions (i.e. 2x order size) on next trade. Then after the 2x position trade, go back to 1 position trade regardless of the outcome

Buy Order:

1. Fast StochRSI > Slow StochRSI

Sell Order:

1. Fast StochRSI < Slow StochRSI

Stochastic RSI settings:

Stochastic period: 14

RSI period: 14

%K: 3

%D: 3
