Code a Swing based Indicator

 I need a coder to code an indicator based on Swing Points.|Simple Swing Point Indicator with 3 candlestick Pattern

Definition and Description of Swing Point

1. Bullish Swing Point: when the Low of the CS is lower than the CS on the Right and left

2. Bearish Swing Point : When the High of the CS is Higher than the CS on the Right and Left

This is basic SWING POINT definition. But I need the following filters below added to each swing

Filters: This filters are to filter Trigger Arrows if turned on: These filters can be turned on or off

1.  Third CS Filter: The 3 ^rd CS must be in the direction with Swing point. That is it must be bearish at close for Bearish Swing Point(BeSP) and bullish for BuSP). This condition can be turn on/off. When off, the type of 3 ^rd CS does not matter.

2.  Second CS Filter: If this filter is turned on, It means the 3 ^rd CS must close below the Low of the 2 ^nd CS in BeSP and above high in BuSP.

So I expect the follow arrows

1.  Swing Arrows: This appears on the Middle or CS2 , though CS3 needs to close before we can generate this signals or arows: Options in the input to decided if I want it to appear on the CS3 instead of CS2(like my swing point indicator in the image above)

2.  Raid Arrows: This is the FIRST CS that close above the HIGH of the CS3 in bullish SP(SWING POINT) or the Below the LOW of the CS3 in  Bearish SP BEFORE the next Swing Point is formed . NOTE: Not all Swing Points(arrow) have Raid Arrows. If No CS close above or below the high or low of the Swing Point , before a new one is formed, it wont have a raid arrows.
