Техническое задание

I am wanting to try an EA with bulls bears power indicators, psar and a moving average. Its not a particularly complex system but has a few options for trade exits that I want to experiment with.

Ideally im looking for a developer who wants to stay with it and work with me over many months if needed to get the idea perfected and produce a good and reliable EA (as much as is possible). Not someone who is just looking for another few bucks from a quick coding gig. Ive done that for around the last 20 of my projects and now just need to focus and work with someone on getting some real results.
