I need an MT4 EA to place orders based on indicators - only ex4 files available for indicators.

I need an EA to open orders based on a signal from an indicator, I only have ex4 files for the indicators.

The 3 indicators are actually the the same indicator, only with different risk levels selected: Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive (please see files attached).

The indicator is non repainting and provides entry signals (arrows) and a trend line - please see below.

EA requirements:

1. Open a trade in the direction of the arrow when a signal arrow pops up (blue - buy, red - sell).

2. When an opposite signal pops up, close the currently opened trade and open a trade in the opposite direction. There is no need for FIFO, do not wait to confirm closing of the old trade before opening the new one. Send request to close the old trade and open the new trade at the same time.

3. Needs to work on an offline chart.

4. The EA is going to be working on small range bars, where price jumps can happen. The EA needs to be able to account for buy/sell signals occurring during a price jump, and confirm if an appropriate action took place (open/close trades). If the appropriate action did not take place, the action should be executed immediately.

The situation I want to avoid is that when due a sudden price movement an opposite trade signal occurs, but the trade that supposed to be closed remains open, and the new trade that supposed to be opened in the opposite direction did not open.

5. To be able to chose trading hours and what time to stop trading on Friday.

6. Include all the standard money management and trade management options. Risk per percent of balance and being able to manually choose lot sizes, TP and SL, TS etc. All the standard stuff. However things like TP. SL and TS need to have 0.1 pip intervals (for example 15 point SL is actually 1.5 pip).

7. The EA needs to be as fast as possible.
