I want a Robot in MQL 4 and MQL 5 that will be based on candle sticks patterns

I want a Robot in MQL 4 and MQL 5 that will be based on candle sticks patterns. I will provide you with some screenshots and a short video of the details. I want a situation where once I add the robot to my chart and chose BUY or SELL and the number of trades to open, then the Robot will only BUY or SELL in that particular direction only.

The Robot should be able to follow the rules on any timeframe it is attached to, like the M1, M5,  H1, H4, M15, D1, M1, MN, etc 

For example: If I put the Robot on the chart on  and chose to BUY only, and number of trades to open per buy  on an H1 timeframe, the robot should be able to open the BUY trade after the close of every bullish candlestick...any time a candlestick closes bullish, the robot will open the Buy trade as specified in the parameters. If candlestick closes bearish, it will ignore it and only take the buy trade whenever a candlestick closes bullish.

I need the Parameters of the EA to include lot size, buy/sell, number of trades, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Maximum Spread Filter, Time and Date Filter, Magic (Global) SL and TP Levels (that's the level where once price reaches there the Robot will automatically close all positions.

The Robot should also display the overall trades taken, overall gain or loss pip counter on the chat.

Also, I'll like to add Account number restriction and Expiration date on the EA. I would like to select a specific trading account number when I compile the EA to limit its use and have the ability to decide if I place an expiration date or not.
